Terms of Use and Refund Policy

What you buy

A personal license to use the full ClueLuma content for the CompTIA Security+ SY0-701 exam: all practice questions, term cards, notes, diagrams and mock exams. There are two passes, each a single payment with no subscription and no auto-renewal: a 30-day pass, which ends 30 days after purchase, and full SY0-701 access, which lasts for as long as the SY0-701 exam is offered and we provide this version. When a 30-day pass ends, the app returns to the free trial and your study records are kept.

How the license works

After payment, log in to the app with the email you used to pay (Google or an email code) and the full version opens on all your devices. You also get a license key by email: enter it in Settings to link it to your account, or to unlock one device without an account (up to 3 devices per key).

Exam version

The product is for SY0-701 only. Fixes for errors in this version are included. A future exam version (such as V8) is not included. If we make one, we plan to offer existing buyers a discount.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Their terms also apply to the purchase, and taxes are added at checkout where required.

Refunds

If you are not happy, email help@clueluma.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. After a refund, the license key stops working.

Fair use

The license is for one person. Do not share your key publicly, resell it, or copy the questions, notes or diagrams to other places.

No guarantee

We work hard to make the content accurate and close to the real exam style, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass. ClueLuma is an independent study app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CompTIA. CompTIA and Security+ are trademarks of CompTIA, Inc.

구매하는 것

CompTIA Security+ SY0-701 시험용 ClueLuma 전체 콘텐츠(연습 문제, 용어 카드, 정리 노트, 그림, 모의고사)를 개인적으로 이용할 수 있는 라이선스입니다. 이용권은 두 가지이며 모두 한 번 결제, 구독·자동 갱신이 없습니다: 구매 후 30일 동안 쓰는 30일 이용권, 그리고 SY0-701 시험이 운영되고 이 버전을 제공하는 동안 쓰는 SY0-701 전체 이용권. 30일 이용권이 끝나면 앱은 무료 체험으로 돌아가고 공부 기록은 그대로 남습니다.

라이선스 사용 방법

결제 후 결제한 이메일로 앱에 로그인하면(구글 또는 이메일 코드) 모든 기기에서 전체 버전이 열립니다. 라이선스 키도 메일로 옵니다. 설정에서 키를 입력하면 계정에 연결되고, 계정 없이 한 기기만 열 수도 있습니다(키 하나에 기기 3대까지).

시험 버전

이 상품은 SY0-701 전용입니다. 이 버전의 오류 수정은 포함됩니다. 다음 시험 버전(V8 등)은 포함되지 않습니다. 새 버전을 만들게 되면 기존 구매자에게 할인을 드릴 계획입니다.

결제

결제는 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Lemon Squeezy가 처리합니다. 구매에는 Lemon Squeezy 약관도 함께 적용되며, 필요한 경우 세금이 결제 화면에서 더해집니다.

환불

만족하지 않으시면 구매 후 7일 안에 help@clueluma.com으로 메일 주세요. 전액 환불해 드립니다. 환불되면 라이선스 키는 더 이상 쓸 수 없습니다.

공정한 사용

라이선스는 한 사람이 쓰는 것입니다. 키를 공개적으로 공유하거나 되팔지 말고, 문제·노트·그림을 다른 곳에 옮겨 싣지 마세요.

보장하지 않는 것

내용을 정확하고 실제 시험 방식에 가깝게 만들기 위해 노력하지만, 합격을 보장하지는 않습니다. ClueLuma는 독립적인 공부 앱이며 CompTIA와 관련이 없고 보증을 받지 않았습니다. CompTIA와 Security+는 CompTIA, Inc.의 상표입니다.

購入するもの

CompTIA Security+ SY0-701試験向けのClueLuma全コンテンツ（練習問題、用語カード、要点ノート、図、模擬試験）を個人で利用するライセンスです。パスは2種類で、どちらも1回払い、サブスク・自動更新はありません：購入から30日間使える30日間パスと、SY0-701試験が実施され本バージョンを提供している間使えるSY0-701フルアクセスです。30日間パスが終了するとアプリは無料体験に戻り、学習記録はそのまま残ります。

ライセンスの使い方

お支払い後、支払いに使ったメールアドレスでアプリにログインすると（Googleまたはメールコード）、すべての端末で完全版が開きます。ライセンスキーもメールで届きます。設定でキーを入力するとアカウントに連携され、アカウントなしで1台の端末だけを開くこともできます（1つのキーで最大3台）。

試験バージョン

本商品はSY0-701専用です。このバージョンの誤りの修正は含まれます。次の試験バージョン（V8など）は含まれません。新しいバージョンを作る場合は、既存の購入者に割引を提供する予定です。

お支払い

お支払いは販売代行業者（Merchant of Record）であるLemon Squeezyが処理します。購入にはLemon Squeezyの規約も適用され、必要に応じて税金が決済画面で加算されます。

返金

ご満足いただけない場合は、購入から7日以内にhelp@clueluma.comまでメールしてください。全額を返金します。返金後、ライセンスキーは使えなくなります。

公正な利用

ライセンスは1人で使うものです。キーを公開・転売したり、問題・ノート・図を他の場所に転載したりしないでください。

保証しないこと

内容を正確に、本番の形式に近づけるよう努めていますが、合格を保証するものではありません。ClueLumaは独立した学習アプリであり、CompTIAとは関係がなく、承認も受けていません。CompTIAおよびSecurity+はCompTIA, Inc.の商標です。

Qué compras

Una licencia personal para usar todo el contenido de ClueLuma para el examen CompTIA Security+ SY0-701: preguntas de práctica, tarjetas de términos, apuntes, diagramas y simulacros. Hay dos pases, ambos de un solo pago, sin suscripción ni renovación automática: un pase de 30 días, que termina 30 días después de la compra, y el acceso completo a SY0-701, que dura mientras se ofrezca el examen SY0-701 y ofrezcamos esta versión. Cuando termina un pase de 30 días, la app vuelve a la prueba gratuita y tu progreso se conserva.

Cómo funciona la licencia

Tras el pago, inicia sesión en la app con el correo que usaste para pagar (Google o un código por correo) y la versión completa se abre en todos tus dispositivos. También recibes una clave de licencia por correo: introdúcela en Ajustes para vincularla a tu cuenta, o para desbloquear un dispositivo sin cuenta (hasta 3 dispositivos por clave).

Versión del examen

El producto es solo para SY0-701. Incluye las correcciones de errores de esta versión. No incluye una futura versión del examen (como V8). Si creamos una, planeamos ofrecer un descuento a quienes ya compraron.

Pagos

Los pagos los gestiona Lemon Squeezy, nuestro revendedor y comerciante registrado (Merchant of Record). Sus términos también se aplican a la compra, y los impuestos se añaden al pagar cuando corresponda.

Reembolsos

Si no estás satisfecho, escribe a help@clueluma.com dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la compra y te devolveremos el importe completo. Tras el reembolso, la clave deja de funcionar.

Uso justo

La licencia es para una persona. No compartas tu clave públicamente, no la revendas ni copies las preguntas, apuntes o diagramas en otros sitios.

Sin garantía

Nos esforzamos para que el contenido sea preciso y parecido al estilo del examen real, pero no podemos garantizar que apruebes. ClueLuma es una app de estudio independiente y no está afiliada ni respaldada por CompTIA. CompTIA y Security+ son marcas comerciales de CompTIA, Inc.
